Victor’s legal practice is dedicated to litigation and crisis management. Victor has had the privilege of representing a diverse clientele including investment banks, private equity firms, hedge funds, and other financial institutions as well as premier media and entertainment companies, A-List celebrities, authors, a member of the Trilateral Commission, and various business leaders and economists.

Throughout his career, Victor has taken on a diverse range of cases, from intricate antitrust and securities matters to contract disputes and employment actions. Notable among his accomplishments is his representation of hedge funds in a significant antitrust/securities action involving the manipulation of the multi-billion dollar when-issued US Treasury market and his defense of pharmaceutical companies in class actions and individual cases, involving claims related to Fen-Phen, hip replacements, PPA, and Ephedra, among others. Victor has also handled numerous high-stakes disputes including a large royalty dispute for an award-winning TV program and a complex cable revenue matter between professional sports franchises.
