Ed is a corporate attorney with over 35 years of experience in a diverse range of business and investment matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, the establishment and operation of investment funds, business start-ups and senior management employment and compensation arrangements.

 

Although Ed has worked on many large transactions during his years at bigger firms in New York and Connecticut, his focus at Bushell Sovak has been on operating companies, small investment funds, angel investors and others who can benefit from a personal approach.  Ed’s tax background enables him to work effectively with clients whose needs are particularly tax-sensitive.

 

Ed also has a transactional practice representing performance artists, writers and entertainment and media interests.
